The Blizzard

Lake Effect...... SNOW!!!

We got 20 inches of snow dumped on us Tuesday. I contemplated calling off work Wednesday, but decided I'd "try" to get there. I made it to Hobart - 10 miles away- to find they didn't even get 1/4 the snow we did!! I brought proof on my flip camera so those that live in Lake county would believe!!

The kids are gonna have fun playing in the snow today with Daddy!! :)

TODAY'S EXCITEMENT

As if the inauguration isn't enough. Today we had the excitement of a fire across the street. Lots of smoke and fire engines, not sure what structure is on fire.
